Equipment Changes
Thor's Sting effect changed: After every 5 basic attacks, the next basic attack will cast lightning at 3 enemies, dealing 125 magic damage.
Astral Wand effect added—Starlight: When one’s HP is over 70%, the unique attribute effect will be raised 30%. Unique attribute has been changed from +45% magic penetration to +40% magic penetration.
Demon's Advent effect changed: When attacked by an enemy hero, the enemy hero’s attack speed will be reduced 12% and movement speed will be reduced 5%. This effect can stack up to 3 times.
Saint's Refuge effect changed: Once every 30s, receive a shield that can absorb 450-1050 damage. (Shield effect increases as battle goes on.)
Frost effect changed: Ability will have a 25% slow down effect when it deals damage to a target. This effect will fade over 2 seconds.
Frost Strike effect changed: Basic attacks have a 25% chance of lowering target movement speed 35%.
Endless Battle’s Divine Justice effect changed: After using the ability, the next basic attack will deal 70% physical attack as true damage. This effect has a 2s cooldown.
Eternal Scepter effect changed: Adds 30 HP and 5 magic attack every 30s. Up to 10 times. If the effect is maxed at 10 times, then it will add an extra 5% magic attack.
Battle Spell Changes
Assault: Immediately raises movement speed 42%, gradually fading back to normal over the next 7 seconds. Healing Spell: Immediately regen HP for self and surrounding allies. If there is only one ally nearby, then the regened amount will increase 50%.
Flicker: Teleports a short distance in a specified direction and reduces duration of disabling effect received by 50% for the following 1s.
Fury: Lowers one’s defense 20% and increases attack speed 55% and physical and magic attack 15% each.
Stun: Stuns the enemy for 0.5s and then puts in the enemy in a disoriented state for 1s, raising casting cost for skills 100% and lowering movement speed.
